These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and p666p ("p666p", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at https://p666p.cam (the "Platform").

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms;

p666p supports a range of payment methods that are commonly used by Pakistani players for online transactions. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to confirmation in the cashier at the time of deposit. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT) are provided for informational context only and do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;

• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p666p and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC process;
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool or automated system to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or exploit Platform mechanics;
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime under applicable law;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy or other method to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Reverse engineering, copying, redistributing or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform without written authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing p666p staff or other Users through any communication channel.

p666p reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these prohibited conduct provisions, to forfeit any balance held in such Account and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p666p, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise — and even if p666p has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specifically, p666p accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or casino activity conducted through the Platform;
• Errors, interruptions, delays or inaccuracies in the information or content provided on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Loss or damage arising from your reliance on Platform content as legal, financial or professional advice;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, banks or government authorities in connection with your transactions.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by p666p is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Either party may terminate the User's Account and the licence granted under these Terms at any time:

• By the User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending withdrawals and outstanding wagering obligations being resolved;
• By p666p: We may suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false information, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Upon termination, your licence to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms, provided that the closure was not initiated due to Prohibited Conduct or fraud.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 10, 12, 13 and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect following closure of your Account.
